  • Pay-Per-Call: Connection with high-intent prospects through verified phone calls
  • Lead verification and qualification services
  • CRM integration and data delivery

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Information

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Updating your information as necessary

3.2 Compliance

You agree to:

  • Use our services only for lawful business purposes
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Respect the privacy and rights of leads provided
  • Not engage in spam, harassment, or fraudulent activities

4. Lead Quality and Guarantees

Quality Assurance

We strive to provide high-quality, verified leads. However, we cannot guarantee that every lead will result in a sale or conversion. Lead quality depends on various factors including market conditions, your sales process, and prospect readiness.

4.1 Lead Verification

All leads undergo our multi-layer verification process, including:

  • Contact information validation
  • Business verification
  • Intent scoring based on available data
  • Duplicate removal and deduplication

4.2 Lead Replacement Policy

We offer lead replacement for:

  • Incorrect or invalid contact information
  • Leads that are no longer in business
  • Duplicate leads within the same campaign

Replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days of lead delivery.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

Pricing for our services is as follows:

  • Pay-Per-Lead: Variable pricing based on lead quality and industry
  • Pay-Per-Call: Payment only when qualified calls are completed
  • Custom packages available for enterprise clients

5.2 Payment Processing

Payment terms include:

  • Net 30 payment terms for established clients
  • Credit card processing for smaller orders
  • Automatic billing for subscription services
  • Late payment fees may apply after 30 days

6. Data Protection and Privacy

You may terminate your account at any time by providing 30 days written notice.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate your account immediately if you:

  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Fail to pay amounts due
  • Misuse our services or data

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms
